"Courting Disaster: The Fight for Oil, Water, & a Healthy Planet" is the subject of a roudtable panel discussion at Stanford's Maples Pavilion, hosted by Stanford President John Hennessy. This event is free to Stanford employees,students, and alums attending Reunion Homecoming Weekend. Members of the public may attend for $10 each (call 650-725-2787 for tickets).

Panelists include General John Abizaid, Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer, Edison International CEO John E. Bryson, New York Times Columnist Thomas Friedman, and the Dean of Stanford's School of Earth Sciences Pamela Matson.
