Notation in Science Communication
The Notation in Science Communication (NSC) is a multi-year program that combines coursework, advising and reflection to help selected science and engineering students develop strong communicative literacy.
Students will typically be admitted to the Notation any time between the end of their first year and the beginning of their junior year. Once accepted into the Notation, students will select advisors who will mentor them throughout the Notation process: A faculty advisor from their major (or a related discipline) and an NSC advisor from PWR.
Admittance to the Notation is competitive; to apply, students fill out an online application form that is then reviewed by the NSC committee.
