Girls Teaching Girls to Code
Girls Teaching Girls to Code is a program where Stanford women teach and inspire Bay Area high school girls to explore Computer Science and Engineering. Students learn coding basics, build exciting projects, and develop strong relationships with mentors in the field. Our annual Code Camp is our largest event, introducing 200 high school girls to computer science with the help of 45 inspirational Stanford mentors. We also host several smaller events throughout the year, including workshops, puzzle hunts, and company tours, to encourage continued engagement and to help our students further explore their passions.
